Hi — I’m Chris Lee, owner of Interior Etc.. We handle interior home and business projects of every size — from full kitchen remodels and bathroom overhauls to sheetrock repair, painting, trim work, and the little fixes that make a house feel like home. No job is too big or too small — we plan carefully, build cleanly, and stand behind our work.

Kitchen Remodels

From layout and cabinetry to countertops, lighting, and tile — I manage the full kitchen remodel so you can enjoy a beautiful, highly functional space. Typical scope: demo & rough-in, cabinetry & countertop installs, tile/backsplash, lighting, flooring, and finish carpentry. I coordinate trades and keep the project on schedule.

Bathroom Remodels

Full baths, half baths, and ADA updates. Services include design consultation, tile & waterproofing, shower installs, vanities, fixtures, and finish trim.

Sheetrock & Drywall Repair

Small patches, holes from plumbing/electrical work, texture matching, and full drywall installs. Clean, dust-controlled repairs so your walls look seamless.

Painting (Interior)

Walls, trim, ceilings, and specialty finishes. Color consultation, prep (patch & sand), premium paints, and a meticulous finish.

Flooring

Hardwood, engineered planks, tile, and luxury vinyl plank (LVP). We prep subfloors, transition trims, and finish for a flawless look.

Trim, Millwork & Finish Carpentry

Crown molding, baseboards, built-ins, stair finishes, and custom trim work that elevates a room.

Cabinets & Countertops

Design support, cabinet installs, door adjustments, countertop templates & installs — including granite, quartz, and butcher block.

Tile & Backsplash

Floor tile, subway tile backsplashes, mosaic, and shower surrounds — waterproofing and grout seals included.

Electrical & Lighting (Interior)

New fixtures, recessed lighting, re-wiring for remodels (performed with licensed electricians we coordinate).

Plumbing for Remodels

Sinks, faucets, toilets, showers, and tub swaps — we coordinate licensed plumbers for code-required work.

Basement Finishing & Room Additions (Interior Work)

Insulation, framing, drywall, electrical, and finishes to turn a dark basement into usable living space.
